A stunning rosé perfect for a Coronation Day toast. This elegant wine from Champagne master's Taittinger is a glorious peach colour with a consistent and fine lingering mousse.
The nose is light and delicate with hints of nectarine and rich brioche. On the palate it has considerable depth yet is quite light in style with a subtle elegance and a long fresh finish. A great non-vintage brut and perfect celebratory tipple.

Graham Beck Pinot Noir Rosé 2017

Another wonderful rosé to make any Coronation celebratory plans extra special.
This vintage pink sparkling is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It has a very pretty salmon pink hue, and to the nose you'll notice sweet blueberries and a subtle spiciness from the Pinot Noir with creamy complexity from the Chardonnay.
Graham Beck Pinot Noir Rosé 2017 has an elegant, creamy mousse and flavours of strawberry and raspberry. Try pairing it with smoked salmon canapés or a red-fruit-based dessert.

Chapel Down’s Rosé Brut and English Rose NV
Perfect as a luxury pairing with a Coronation brunch, afternoon tea or dinner, the Chapel Down Rosé Brut is made from 100% Pinot Noir. Notes are of fresh strawberries, cherries, redcurrants. Another fantastic English sparking wine fit for a king is the 2014 Denbies Cubitt Blanc de Noirs has a delicate copper colour and fruit aromas of strawberry and cocoa. Enhanced by the use of barrel matured dosage and six years of bottle ageing the complex fruit flavours combined with a chalkiness give this wine breadth and body whilst retaining freshness.
The balance is on the crisp side and the finish is miles long.

Don Papa Rum
Perfect for a host of Coronation cocktails, this 7 year old Don Papa Rum comes from sugar cane grown on the tropical island of Negros in the Philippines. This rich, smooth-sipping rum captures the quality of the island’s sugarcane, which has its flavour boosted by the minerals found in rich volcanic soils.
Once distilled, this very special rum is then aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, lending a strong vanilla aroma. These barrels breathe flavour into the rum before it's blended with Mount Kanlaon spring water to 40% ABV.
