Don Papa Rum
Perfect for a host of Coronation cocktails, this 7 year old Don Papa Rum comes from sugar cane grown on the tropical island of Negros in the Philippines. This rich, smooth-sipping rum captures the quality of the island’s sugarcane, which has its flavour boosted by the minerals found in rich volcanic soils.
Once distilled, this very special rum is then aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, lending a strong vanilla aroma. These barrels breathe flavour into the rum before it's blended with Mount Kanlaon spring water to 40% ABV. Sip it straight to taste bold notes of vanilla, honey, and candied fruits, balanced by a subtle hint of citrus. Delicious! Available from House of Malt and The Whisky Stock
